As the lockdown in Melbourne continues, it can be all too easy to think that not much is going right at the moment. But let's not take what we have for granted. Sure we'd all like to be out and about, going to restaurants, catching up with friends or simply going to our favourite places.
So whilst that's not possible, it's really important to try to find activities that keep you motivated and thinking positively. Unfortunately I can't get out and shoot as many videos or photographs at the moment, but this extra downtime has allowed me to take stock of footage I have previously filmed and appreciate what an amazing place we really do live in.
Like everyone else I can't wait until restrictions in Melbourne have eased so that we can start to get back to some sort of normality again, but until then, stay connected with friends & family. Learn something new, perhaps pick up that instrument that you haven't played for a long time, read that book you've had on the shelf for the last 12 months or take an online course to brush up on some new skills.
There is plenty to do and be thankful for.
Stay safe.
